A gradiometer survey detected serveral unknown sites at killeen Castle County Meath. One of them presented responses indicating a definite rectilinear enclosure with broad amorphous responses to its west. Archaeological excavations unearthed the ditch to its full extent revealing a medieval structure situated along a former stream.
