General/Overview
The team has developed a wide knowledge base which is dedicated to preparing built heritage and archaeological conservation studies, EIS, SEA and similar planning reports. We carry out these cultural heritage studies to

  • Assess and describe the receiving cultural heritage environment
  • Identify and evaluate the significance of the impact of the proposed scheme on the receiving cultural heritage environment
  • Propose appropriate measures to minimise and mitigate the impact of the proposed development on this environment

The company produces comprehensive and integrated historical, cartographic, architectural and cultural heritage studies for EIA on large-scale development and conservation studies. In this regard we promote the use of landscape-focused, interdisciplinary mitigation strategies that place the significance of the archaeological resource in context.
